Berlin pork schnitzel

Spiced butter, lettuce, parsley dressing, sweet potato puree, lecho

… actually, everyone likes schnitzel, right? That’s what we thought, and since we’re Berliners, we wanted to create our own. We like pork, so we take a juicy leg, coat it in breadcrumbs from our sourdough bread and bake it in clarified butter. Topped with an intense spiced butter, as thin as a postage stamp! A fresh salad, spicy-sweet and sour lecho and soft sweet potato puree are served on the side.
